Ron was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions satisfactorily; his crew were able to install the unit precisely as I wanted it, and appears to be working very well.

This wasn't a repair... it is an "annual service" that cost me under $100.00 per year to have better quality drinking water than I can even buy in the stores. I'm rather handy, and could have pretty much changed my own filters for half the money, but this guy spent 2 hours here completely renewing my system. Money very well spent !

While Ron did not come out to install the system, the gentleman that did was very kind and was very neat. Ron is very responsive to phone calls. So for The water softener seems to be working great.

Took the time to look at homeowner needs, make recommendation best suited to that need and make the most economical and customized solution for the homeowner to decide on choice of solutions for system of choice. Greatly recommended for everyone as the best solution to choice of water softener systems from 1st time installation to repair of an existing system. Great Home Advisor screened vendor!

Very honest and experienced, didn't try to sell me anything, just explained what was wrong, easy fix, very reasonable cost, he came out on a sunday and i was able to call and get more info over the phone

Ron is the owner and Gary is the professional plumber. Both provide a high level of professionalism and experience. New to Florida it was difficult to select the "best" provider, but after numerous interviews with their competitors we decided on AWS. They were not the cheapest or the most expensive, but they provided the best value and a solid 5 year FULL labor and parts warranty. They also provide us free annual maintenance and Ron is always available for us to call if we ever have concerns. We purchased a full water purification and a separate treatment system. Both systems appear to be functioning well and continue to do so. Highly recommend this company!

I must first say that I first wrote up this company with a bad review. After we spoke on the phone and Ron explained the issues related to the lack of response( somewhat out of his control) and he promised to make it right. I would like to now raise them to 5 stars and let everyone know that Ron made it all good and provided me with a great water softner system. The installer showed up on time as scheduled and installed the system within an hour. He was friendly and professional. he cleaned up and took the time to go over how to operate the system. I would highly recommend their services to anyone interested in a system.

Ron explained each part so well and was easy to understand. I emailed him after his estimate with questions that were prompted from comments by others and he quickly answered them. The old system was removed and discarded the same day that the new system was installed. Very efficient and professional in every way.
